The ambient temperature at the recrystallization hardening of the stone is very important for the recrystallization hardening effect of the stone. However, this detail is often overlooked by most stone care peers.
Note that the main factors of the chemical reaction rate are: the nature of the reactant itself; the external factors affecting the chemical reaction rate are: temperature, concentration, pressure, catalyst, light, laser, reactant particle size, contact area between the reactants and Reactant state.
Today, Xiaobian and everyone share two cases of temperature affecting the recrystallization of stone.
At the end of February, a large theater commissioned our peers to do stone recrystallization hardening treatment.
This season, public places are basically air-conditioned to maintain indoor temperature. This grand theatre is no exception, except that they use floor heating.
After the evening, the security personnel entered the theater for construction. I don't know why, the ground is not lit, and the more it gets. Think about it, why is this?
Based on the normal temperature, the chemical reaction rate is increased by 2-3 times for every 10 °C increase in temperature.
The higher the ground temperature, the faster the reaction rate of the hardener. That is to say, the crystal hardener is sprayed on the stone floor where the heater is laid, and the polishing agent has not been left for a long time, and the crystal hardener has already reacted.
Some of my peers have encountered such a thing: in the hot summer, when we do recrystallization hardening in the hall with floor-to-ceiling glass, the sun shines on the ground, and the effect of recrystallization hardening will be mentioned in the above case. As for the same, how can I do it?
Let's look at the second example.
Last winter, a Beijing counterpart worked in a hotel to recrystallize and harden the construction. At about 5 pm, the door was turned to the door of the hotel. The temperature was around -10 °C. When the crystal hardener was sprayed on the ground, how was the stone? Don't throw it off; do more spray on the potion, or not.
Do you know why?
Because, based on normal temperature, the chemical reaction rate will be extended by 2-3 times for every 10 °C drop in temperature.
When the temperature drops, the corresponding reaction time also becomes longer. Therefore, brushing the stone protectant in winter and prolonging the stone health period are the key to success.
The above two examples show that the temperature of the environment has a direct impact on the recrystallization hardening of the stone.
Generally, the use of our crystalline hardeners requires an ambient temperature of 5 ° C to 30 ° C. In the future construction process, we should pay attention to the ambient temperature and adjust the stone health period appropriately.
